"It works fine overall, but getting it set..."
It works fine overall, but getting it set up was kind of annoying :/ Once it was running, though, it handled payroll sync well.

"I use ease for my work benefits, and..."
I use ease for my work benefits, and overall it does feel safe. Logging in has been smooth, my personal info seems protected, and I haven’t had any weird emails or problems so far. The only thing is the privacy settings aren’t very easy to find, and when I tried looking for clearer guidance, it kind of felt like I was being ignored. Still, I’m mostly happy with it.

"I’ve found the reporting in ease to..."
I’ve found the reporting in ease to be frustrating so far. I expected the basic reports to be more straightforward to pull, and I also wish there were clearer instructions for figuring out where things are or how to customize them.
Most of the time I end up exporting the data and cleaning it up in a spreadsheet anyway, which kind of defeats the purpose. If your team relies on reports a lot, this part may feel limited.
"Pretty helpful for staff updates"
It’s been good for keeping the team updated overall. Some messages do sorta get buried sometimes, but for the most part it makes sharing staff updates easier.

"Clean and easy to find my way around"
I’d give Ease 4 stars for the design. The layout is clean, and I didn’t have to spend a bunch of time hunting for what I needed, which felt like a small win for me. A few pages looked a little busy at first, but after clicking around for a bit, it started to make sense. Overall, the interface is straightforward and works fine for what I need.

"Compliance support didn’t really help"
I reached out to compliance support and it just dragged on forever. After all that waiting, I still didn’t get any real answers, so yeah, frustrating.

"I mean, it technically works most of..."
I mean, it technically works most of the time, but wow, it can be frustrating. The whole dashboard feels clunky and slow, and finding basic employee info takes way more clicks than it should. Like, why am I digging through multiple screens for something that should be right there? A couple of updates also didn’t save right away, which is not exactly what you want when you’re already trying to get through a busy day. It’s usable, sure, but it’s definitely not something I enjoy dealing with.

"Training was decent, but onboarding dragged a bit"
The training materials and help docs were okay and covered the basics, but getting everything set up still felt more confusing than it needed to be. I don’t think anyone expects hand-holding the whole way, but a clearer onboarding process would just be the decent thing to provide for new customers trying to get started

"Just not worth the price anymore"
I used to think this was a decent buy, but the price has gotten way too high now. It’s a bit frustrating, because I’d like to keep using it, but at this cost, it just doesn’t feel worth it.

"Renewals were confusing, really confusing"
I tried managing my renewals with it, it was a mess. The dates didn’t line up, the reminders came late, and support took way too long to get back to me. It was just confusing, confusing in a way that made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. I won’t be using it again.

"Getting everything set up was simple..."
Getting everything set up was simple. There were a couple of small hiccups at the beginning, but nothing too frustrating. I kind of regret overthinking it beforehand because it ended up being much easier than I expected

"Support takes way too long"
I had a problem with my account support was just painfully slow. I kept waiting for a reply, then waiting some more, and still nothing really happened. It felt like everything was dragging on forever. When you need something fixed quickly, this kind of slow response is really frustrating. Just way too slow, and nothing seemed to move.

"Gets the job done, but not perfectly"
Bottom line, it works and I’m still using it, but there are definitely a few things that get annoying. Overall it’s okay for what I needed, just not as smooth or hassle-free as I hoped.

"I started using ease.com when I was..."
I started using ease.com when I was trying to quickly look up company and benefits info without spending half my afternoon bouncing between different sources. The first few times, I was relieved because most of what I found matched up with what I already knew, and it saved me a decent amount of time.
That said, I did run into a couple of details that seemed a little outdated, so I still wouldn’t treat it like it’s flawless. But for the most part, it’s been reliable enough that I keep coming back to it. I’d give it 4 stars.

"I tried using the plan comparison tool, it..."
I tried using the plan comparison tool, it was frustrating. Some of the information seemed missing, the prices weren’t easy to compare side by side, and I kept clicking around without getting a clear answer. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a tool like this to be straightforward, especially when people are trying to make a decent decision with their money. Maybe it works better for others, but I ended up giving up.

"Managing my account was way more annoying than it should be"
I had a frustrating time trying to manage my account on Ease. The settings weren’t very obvious, and stuff that should’ve taken a minute ended up taking way too long. Support replied, but it was mostly the usual polished-sounding company talk that doesn’t really solve anything. I kept getting basic answers while the actual problem was still there. Overall, it just felt clunky, confusing, and harder to use than it needs to be.

"Keeps going down at the worst times"
It’s been unreliable lately, especially when I actually need it to work. I keep running into outages or issues, come on now, that gets frustrating fast.
"I tried getting the integration set up and..."
I tried getting the integration set up and expected the instructions to be a lot clearer. The docs didn’t really match what I was seeing on my end, so I kept second-guessing whether I was doing something wrong. I reached out to support, but the response took longer than I hoped. It ended up being a frustrating experience overall

"Carrier connections shouldn’t be this much work"
Some carrier links work totally fine, but others keep breaking, lagging, or just don’t sync when they’re supposed to. Support has been helpful when I reach out, but it turns a simple thing like enrollment syncing into more of a hassle than it should be.

"Okay on my phone, but not great"
I use Ease mostly on my phone, and it’s fine for the basic stuff like checking my benefits or uploading a doc. Pages load okay, but some of the buttons are so tiny that I end up zooming in and out more than I mean to, which gets kinda annoying.
It’s not broken or anything, just a little clunky on mobile. Desktop is definitely easier for me. I just wish the menus and forms were more phone-friendly, becuase right now it feels like it almost works well but not quite.
